Balsam Country Farms U-Pick
Forties Road
New Ross, Nova Scotia
It’s that time of year again when we are all thinking of the Christmas Season. We have been caring for your special tree all year and are now ready for you to come and pick it out as you enjoy a wagon ride through the tree lot and hear an interpretive story of our family farm and the history of the Christmas tree industry. While riding through the tree lot make sure to keep an eye open for Santa's elves as they are always hiding in our trees. The cookie cottage will be all decked out this year with a wood stove to keep you toasty warm and free hot cider and cookies for you to enjoy. The parking lot has had some improvements to help keep the mud under control, and also new this year – a port-a-pottie will be onsite! There are other fun activities to keep the young ones happy too.

We have a variety of wreaths, brush and "Boates" apple cider available for sale as well. We look forward to seeing you all again this year and hope you are able to bring along some friends and family to make this a memorable time for all. Remember to follow the elf signs starting at the intersection at New Ross (Route 12), travelling west on the Forties Road 8km.

Until we see you in December – take care.
